Old Tavern Club Cheese is 100% "real" Wisconsin Cheese made from large blocks or barrels of aged cheese. The cheese is shredded and blended with their very special ingredients, then packed into various containers. The cheese spread should be refrigerated, however, it can be frozen or refrozen without changing the flavor or texture of the cheese. To obtain the most flavor and creamiest texture, we recommend serving Old Tavern Cheese Spread at room temperature.
