O and H Danish Kringles are exquisite coffee-cakes made of many feather light layers of Danish pastry. The Set of Two includes a Pecan Kringle filled with choice pecans, and a Raspberry Kringle filled with a homemade raspberry filling. The pastry itself, made by O and H Danish Bakery requires a minimum of three days preparation. Layer upon layer of golden Wisconsin creamery butter is folded and rolled into the pastry dough. The result is a deliciously rich, yet feather-light and flaky pastry. You will receive one Pecan Kringle and one Raspberry Kringle. Each kringle serves 8-12. Kringles may be frozen 5-6 months.
