These all-natural, fresh pork medallions are slowly braised for hours in a classic pork demi-glace made from fresh sautéed Portabella mushrooms, Porcini mushrooms, and Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon. Choose either 4 or 8 Pork Medallions. Product is shipped frozen, 2 medallions per sealed pouch.
