Located in northeastern Wisconsin, Willow Creek Mill is a family-owned production facility of high quality baking mixes, made of the finest stone ground flours and ingredients containing no preservatives or additives. Willow Creeks Mill's philosophy to use only the finest ingredients that are not overly processed ensures customers of old-fashioned goodness and satisfaction.
In 1996, owners Margit Sandor and her husband, Al Zahn, purchased the company formerly known as Sunrise Milling, and moved the headquarters to its present location. They brought with them many years of combined expertise in agriculture, production and customer service together to produce a variety of mixes. Margit's knowledge of grains and love for different recipes using natural ingredients enables her to continually create new and original products.
