Finding Products & Artisans
From our home page, there are several ways you can get to our shopping catalog pages. You can: 1) click the Shopping button and be taken to a directory of our major product galleries; 2) click on one of the four product gallery icons at the bottom and go to a specialized directory for that category; 3) click on "seasonal gift ideas" and a list of gift occasions will appear to help you with gift ideas for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays etc.; or 4) search for a specific product or artisan of interest by entering the name in the "Search" window."

Finding Gift Baskets
Clicking on the "Gift Basket" button in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the home page will bring you to a directory of special gift baskets, gift boxes, and selections we have assembled. From there simply choose which collections you'd like to explore.

Adding Products to My Shopping Basket
When you are viewing the product page, select any options available (size, price, etc.) and then click "Add to Basket." Your Basket View automatically appears. The quantity is automatically entered as "1" and may be changed by entering a different quantity in the box.

You can now continue shopping by selecting any store category under "Go Shopping" or you may click your "Back" browser button to return to the previous page. At any time you may see the contents of your basket by clicking on "View Basket" to verify or modify your selections. When you are finished shopping, go to "View Basket" and then proceed to "Checkout."

Subtracting Products from your Shopping Cart
If you change your mind about adding a particular product, click the "remove" button to the right of the product listing you want to remove from your basket. If you want to remove all the contents of your basket, click "empty basket." If you want to change the quantity of a product in your basket simply highlight, with your cursor, the amount and change it to the desired number. Then click on "update basket."

Checking Out & Processing your Order
When you are finished shopping, click on "View Basket" at the top of the page to view and verify all the contents of your basket.
If you want to change quantities or remove products from you basket (see "Subtracting Products from your Basket" above)

  • If the contents of your basket is correct, click the "Purchase or Check Out" button.
  • A page entitled "Shipping" appears. Select a shipping method and fill in or verify the shipping address. The Special Shipping Instructions box can be used for a multitude of comments related to shipping and delivery of your order.You can use this for delayed delivery requests (specify a delayed deliver date) or specific instructions for the mail carrier ("leave at door"). For delayed delivery orders your credit card will be charged shortly after your order is placed. If you have a gift certificate or "offer code" fill that in as well. Then click "Total"
  • A final "Purchase Approval" screen will appear which calculates your total cost including shipping and tax. If you approve of the amount fill in the credit card information, verify your billing address and click "Purchase."
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards.
  • If your order is processed, the Purchase Confirmation page will appear with your order number. Note the order # for your records. If you want to print out your order, click on your order number and you'll be taken to a receipt page which contains all the pertinent information on your order. Print out this page.
  • Your credit card is charged within 24-48 hours after your order is placed.

This will give you instant access to your account information, including information on current or past orders, and be automatically set up in the event you would like to "go shopping." Shipping Information

What are my Shipping Options and Delivery Schedules?
Wisconsinmade.com orders are processed promptly and are shipped directly to you from our suppliers. We monitor all orders to ensure that they are shipped in a timely manner. Shipping time does not include Holidays, weekends or the day you place the order.
Allow 2-3 days to process orders.

Wisconsinmade.com offers the following shipping options for your order:

  • STANDARD - Delivery estimate is 5-10 Business Days after shipping.
  • EXPEDITED - Delivery estimate is 3-4 Business Days after shipping. (Expedited shipping is not overnight shipping)

Special Shipping Instructions: - If you have a specific date by which you would like delivery, please note the date in the "Special Shipping Instruction" field at "check out" and we will do our best to accommodate you request. Unless a delayed shipment is requested, your order will be processed and shipped in our normal time frame. If you have questions about your deadline date, please call us toll free at: 877-947-6233

Depending on the artisan and the shipping option requested, your order will be shipped by UPS, Federal Express, or United States Postal Service. Some artisans have restrictions on the days they ship or the lead time they need--these restrictions are posted on the product pages.

Ship To Addresses.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please make sure the ship to address is correct and complete.It is best to review carefully the ship to address. Make sure the street number is correct and the zip code. If the gift is going to a business include the business name and the person it is going to. Also, make sure you include the apartment number, room number or suite number. If the address is not correct or incomplete and a delivery attempt is made but fails a fee of $5.00 - $10.00 may be assessed.

Can I ask for a delayed delivery date or request special delivery instructions?

The Special Shipping Instructions box on the shipping page can be used for a multitude of comments related to shipping and delivery of your order.You can use this for delayed delivery requests (specify a delayed delivery date or week). Or you can use it for specific instructions for the mail carrier ("leave at door"). For delayed delivery orders, your credit card will be charged shortly after your order is placed. If you need your order to be delivered on or close to a specific date, you can use this section to alert us. If additional shipping charges are needed to meet your delivery request, or if it is not possible for our artisan to meet your delivery request, then we will contact you. NOTE: Unless a delayed shipment is requested, your order will be processed and shipped in our normal time frame.

Holiday Delivery? Please place your order by December 10 to guarantee delivery for Christmas. Allow extra time for processing. Note: Order by dates below to ensure delivery. No guarantee if you place your order after the dates listed below. However, we will continue to ship and do our best to timely process your order.

What are the Shipping Rates?

Shipping & handling charges are calculated based upon the total dollar amount of your order. When you check out, in most cases you will be given the following shipping options: STANDARD SERVICE and EXPEDITED SERVICE., and you will be shown the calculated shipping charge for your order based on each option. Depending upon which shipping option you select, the applicable shipping charges will be added to your order total when you submit the order for final credit card approval. In some cases, expedited shipping is required in order to preserve the freshness of the product being shipped. In those cases, you will not have the option to select "standard" shipping.

Can I ship everywhere in the United States? Overseas?

  • Wisconsinmade.com currently does not ship products outside the United States.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are an additional $14.00. Add an additional 3 days for delivery. Expedited shipping not available. Perishable products may require additional shipping charges. Customer will be notified.
  • Orders to PO Boxes or APO are not accepted.

What if I want to send purchases to Multiple Addresses?

Each shipping address is treated as a separate order on our system. Therefore, if you wish to order for multiple shipping addresses, you must place each order separately. Check out with the first order. After completing this order your purchase confirmation will direct you to an easy and convenient way to order the same product(s) for another recipient. You do not need to leave Wisconsinmade.com to process multiple orders.

What if I order from Multiple Suppliers?

If your Wisconsinmade.com order includes items from more than one producer or artisan, it will be shipped in a separate package from each. However, you only need to check out of the Wisconsinmade.com store once and a single Shipping Service Option and Shipping Charge, based upon the total cost of your order, will apply to your entire order.

How are Perishable Items shipped? (Chocolates, Cheeses, and Meats in Hot Weather) Wisconsinmade.com will not ship selected perishable items in hot summer months. See individual product descriptions for specific information. Other perishable products may require expedited shipping.

All perishable items are carefully packaged for safe delivery, and refrigerated the perishable food products as soon as they are received. Please be sure that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery on the expected day. Shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at recipient's address.

Wisconsinmade.com features the finest foods, gifts and apparel produced by some of Wisconsin's most skilled Artisans. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if we run out of products--especially during the holiday season. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase.(Holiday exceptions are available). There is a processing fee of $2.00 for each item returned.

  • Should a perishable item not meet the customer's satisfaction we will replace it with a like item, offer a credit towards future purchases, or refund the item purchase price, excluding delivery charges.

  • Should a nonperishable item not meet the customer's satisfaction we will accept returns for exchange, credit towards another purchase or refund via original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
