Just indicate the approximate date you want your order shipped or delivered in the "special shipping instructions" section of the order form. Our artisans will do their very best to meet your request. Please note that because Valentine's Day falls on a Monday this year, it may be difficult to deliver some perishable products on that day - it would be preferable to deliver many food products during the week of February 7. Keep that in mind when placing your order.
