Chicken with Creamy Mustard Sauce

| Season 4 - 5 chicken breasts halves with salt and pepper. Cook 7 - 10 minutes per side, over medium heat or unit juices run clear. Remove and cover to keep warm. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in blender/food processor. Blend till smooth. Pour into sauce pan and heat until hot and thickens. Serve chicken over hot cooked rotini and top with sauce. |
