Cranberry Coffee Cake

soft Cream Cheese
Butter or Margarine
Sugar
Eggs
Milk
Vanilla
Flour
Baking Powder
Baking Soda
Salt
Wisconsin Wilderness Cranberry Chutney
Lemon Juice
Walnuts, chopped
Brown Sugar, firmly packed |

| Preparation |

| Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, mix well. Stir together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to cheese mix. Beat until smooth, (batter will be stiff). Spread half the batter into a well greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Stir together the cranberry chutney and lemon juice. Spread over batter. Spoon remaining batter in small amounts over sauce. Combine nuts and brown sugar. Sprinkle over top. Bake 35 - 40 minutes or unitl golden. Serve warm. |
