Beef sirloin strip steaks, ½ inch thick
Salt & pepper to taste
Dry mustard
Butter or margarine Urban
Processing's Cranberry Topping
Dry red wine
Worcestershire sauce
Chives
Fresh mushroom crowns
Preparation
Pound steaks to 1/3 inch thickness. Sprinkle one side
of each steak with salt, pepper and dry mustard; pound into meat.
Repeat other side. Melt butter in pan. Cook steaks for 1 to 2 minutes
on each side. Transfer meat to hot serving platter. In pan combine
cranberry topping, wine, worcestershire sauce, and chives. Bring to
a boil. Return meat to dish; spoon sauce over meat. Garnish with mushrooms.
