To make the chicken wings: Combine flour, salt, paprika
and pepper in plastic bag; add wings and coat. Melt butter in pan,
place wings in pan, turning once to butter surface. Bake in 375 degrees
for 1 hour. Makes 4 dozen.
To make the meatballs: combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion,
eggs, and salt. Mix lightly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls. Place
in shallow baking pan. Brown in 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
To make the spicy barbecue dip: In saucepan, combine ketchup, Urban
Best cranberry topping, horseradish, worcestershire sauce, and a dash
of lemon juice. Bring to boil, serve warm. Makes 1 ¾ cups sauce. Serve
