| Peel (if desired) and chunk the potatoes, place in a
large pot of boiling water. Add milk, bay leaf and pinch of salt.
Cook until potatoes are soft, about 25 minutes. Drain and remove bay
leaf. Add butter, heavy cream and Northwoods Roasted Garlic Cheese.
Mash until smooth. Stir in egg yolk, salt and pepper to taste. |
