Smoked Canadian Bacon, sliced
pure Maple syrup
Light brown sugar
Dijon mustard
fresh Lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Preparation
In a 10-inch skillet, warm syrup, sugar, mustard, lemon
juice and salt over medium heat; stir until mixed. When hot, place
bacon slices in pan and gently shake pan until slices are coated.
Remove from heat. Transfer bacon to serving platter and brush on additional
glaze. Serve immediately.
