| Cut cake into ½ inch cubes; divide among eight 10-12
ounce glasses. Sprinkle with sherry. Spoon Urban Best cranberry topping
over cake. Combine pumpkin, pudding mix, milk, cinnamon, and ginger,
mix well. Spoon over top. Spread onto pumpkin layer. Cover and chill
for 2 – 5 hours. Before serving, top with walnuts. |
