Zimmerman Cheese Inc. is a family owned business in the third generation of cheesemaking. Brian Zimmerman learned how to make cheese from his father and grandfather. The Zimmerman family is proud to produce its high-quality cheeses and distribute them nationally under its own and other companies' private labels. The Zimmerman cheese plant is located in the rolling hills of Lafayette County.
