Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Since 1996, Amy's continually strives to raise the bar on quality, taste, purity and freshness in today's confectionery industry. From their 19th century stone kitchen in historic Cedarburg, Wisconsin, visitors can watch chocolatiers busy in the art of candy making.
Amy's award winning caramel is made from scratch daily. They use old-world copper kettles and make in small batches to ensure freshness. Their candy is made with all-natural ingredients and contains no preservatives. Only velvety, world-class Belgian Chocolate is used as their base chocolate in everything they make. The nuts are also freshly roasted in small batches to obtain optimal freshness.
Amy's caramel apples won the Best of Milwaukee Award by Milwaukee Magazine™ as well as the coveted Blue Ribbon "Seal of Excellence" from the Wisconsin State Fair. Featured on Al Roker's "Roker on the Road" show on The Food Network. Proud to be part of the 2005 33rd Annual American Music Awards official celebrity gift bag.
