Sure, Glenn’s expanded from a small shop in downtown Watertown, to a new location, and then to an even bigger expansion at the same location, but the focus remains the same — customer service.
They could talk about their awards for homemade products like bologna, bratwurst, and fresh meats. Or that every brat is made in a USDA-certified sausage kitchen, following a HAACP to ensure quality, and with no fillers, artificial colors or artificial ingredients. But when it comes down to it, quality and customer service sells our brats. For the last 35 years, Glenn’s Market has been family owned and operated, with multiple members of the Roberts family putting the customer first so that they will put Glenn’s Market first.
