Stratford, Wisconsin. Harmony Specialty Dairy Foods was established in 2007 by Ralph and Sharon Bredl with the goal of creating unique artisan cheeses. To achieve high quality and consistency of flavor and texture, Harmony Specialty Dairy Foods uses only milk from the Harmony-Ho Holstein Farm, a 450-cow registered dairy farm. Their single farm cheeses feature traditional British- and Welsh-inspired varieties as well as original recipe creations.
As fourth generation dairy producers, the Bredls have served on numerous farm, dairy and safety committees. Together with their daughters, Ralph and Sharon established Harmony Specialty Dairy Foods as a way to pursue value rather than volume in dairy food production and to create an opportunity for succeeding generations of Bredl family dairy producers.
