Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Wisconsin Dairyland Fudge started in 1962 with Jane Heller's father. Growing up in the family business, Jane started working as a sales clerk at the age of 14 and learned the ins-and-outs throughout high school and college. After graduating and getting married, she assumed full control of Wisconsin Dairyland Fudge in 1980. Jane has studied at the French Pastry School in Chicago and studied truffle making under a prominent chocolatier in Canada. She loves keeping up with current candymaking trends and experimenting with new flavors. Today, Wisconsin Dairyland Fudge offers over 43 varieties of fudge flavors. All of their homemade confections are preservative-free and hand-wrapped to ensure everything is fresh from the kitchen to your doorstep.
