All pizza peels have an 8-inch handle that is manufactured from the peel itself, ensuring durability. Each peel has beveled edges, allowing you to conveniently slide your pizza from oven to table. Complete sizing is as follows: For the 16-inch peel --> paddle is 16 inches wide, 18 inches long, and 26 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement) For the 14-inch peel --> paddle is 14 inches wide, 16 inches long, and 24 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement) For the 12-inch peel --> paddle is 12 inches wide, 14 inches long, and 22 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement) Both peels are 3/4 inches thick and tapers down to 1/4 inch at one edge.
