Bundt Cake measures 9 in. across x 3.5 in and weighs 3 lb. Each cake is wrapped in cellophane, nestled in a sturdy decorative box, then placed in a shipping box. Shelf life is 3 days after receipt at room temperature; 6 days if refrigerated; and 6 months if frozen properly. Freezing instructions: leave cellophane on cake and wrap in additional freezer type packaging such as freezer wrap, foil, or ziplock bag. Cakes are baked fresh when ordered - allow 2-3 business days for order to ship.

ORANGE CREAM VODKA CAKE
THIS CAKE WAS WONDERFUL!! I PUT A DOLLUP OF WHIPPED CREAM ON IT, CLOSED MY EYES, AND ENJOYED EVERY BITE!!! I EVEN HAD TO ASK MY HUSBAND, FOR A SECOND, BIGGER PIECE!! IT WAS AS GOOD AS THE PEACH SCHNAPPS CAKE WE ORDERED, LAST MONTH!

Not as crunchy as I had hoped BUT GREAT ORANGE FLAVOR... A GOOD COFFEE CAKE, A BIT HARD TO CUT IN SMALL PIECES.
