Our Organic Oyster Cracker Assortment by Potter's Crackers is the perfect compliment to fine foods. Produced from fresh ingredients, our artisan oyster crackers are mixed and baked fresh in our Madison, Wisconsin cracker kitchen. Enjoy four 8 ounce cans of your choice from these varieties - Applewood Smoked, Classic White, Rosemary Thyme and Wisconsin Cheddar. These crackers are great as an accompaniment to soups, salads and snack mixes.

Potter's Crackers use all organic ingredients, sourced locally as much as possible. Certified MOSA - Midwest Organic Services Assocaition. Shelf life in approximately 6 months, but best used within 2 weeks of delivery.

Applewood Smoked - slow smoked classic white oysters with wood from organic apple trees.The result is irresistible smoky crunch. Flavorful addition to french onion soup or a summer gazpacho.
Classic White - crispy, salty, buttery crackers great on soups and salads and in snack mixes or straight from the can.
Rosemary Thyme - brighten the flavor of soup or salad as only fresh herbs can.
Wisconsin Cheddar - flavorful, snappy little oyster cracker made with Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese and spice.It is great as a snack right out of the can or soup, salad or snack mix.

Potter’s Crackers are the first product of Potter’s Fine Foods, a Madison food company started in July 2006. Our mission is to sustainably produce organic crackers of the highest quality. Potter’s was started by Peter Potter, a University of Wisconsin food science graduate, and his mother, Nancy Potter, owner of the New Glarus Bakery for 28 years. They combine their passion for good food to deliver the flavors of Wisconsin to you.
