Spoke, a book by author Coleman, is a true story derived from his memories of the 1960's. He reviews this tumultuous decade including lunch-counter sit-ins, draft board raids, Martin Luther King Jr., the advent of the women's lib movement and much more. Coleman uses his memories, interviews with contemporaries and a variety of factual documents to recall this time in America's history.
