Absolutey fabulous cheese, and yes it squeaks.I visited Wisconsin and my family and I were crazy for cheese curds.We treated ourselves for Christmas to 6 bags.
I can only get these in the winter,as I live in Oregon and these remind me so much of home,I just crave cheese curds and these are the best!

They do not contain preservatives. Three 12 ounce bags of either yellow or white curds. Cheddar Cheese curds should be eaten within 3-4 days of receiving them. May be stored in freezer for a few months.
