Sometimes a lot of people are experiencing the same issue. Please read the questions below to see if you have an easy solution.
My order is still listed as awaiting fulfillment. When will it ship?
If you ordered a pizza peel, these are made after orders are placed. The artisan is working very hard to ensure everyone receives a quality product. Because of overwhelming demand, we are seeing some orders take several weeks before they are fulfilled. We apologize for the wait, but your pizza peel is coming. Please reach out if you have been waiting longer than four weeks.
If you ordered a perishable food item, these will only ship on Monday or Tuesday, sometimes Wednesday depending on the product and destination. Please allow at least 24 hours of processing before an order ships.

I did not see a place to add a gift message. Can I add please add one?
Yes! Please let us know the order number and the gift message you want to send within 24 hours of placing your order.
