If you have a long list of people to send a gift to, fear not. WisconsinMade Artisan Collective has an easy process to assist.
It only takes a few simple steps, and the most work you have to do is pick out a product and provide us with your recipients' addresses.
Step 1. Express Interest
- Notify us that you would like a place a large order either by phone at (877) 947-6233 or by emailing wismadehelp@wisconsinmade.com.
- We can discuss what you are looking for, how many recipients you have, how long it will take to fulfill, and address any other questions you may have.
- After that conversation, we'll send over a quote based on the parameters discussed. (Shipping and tax information will be provided later.)
Step 2. Review Quote
- Review the quote.
- Make any necessary changes.
- Confirm you'd like to proceed.
- We will notify you of any potential discount.
Step 3. Provide Details
- Upon confirmation of your order, we will send you an excel spreadsheet to fill out.
- Fill in the order information (sku, product) and your recipients contact information.
- Include a gift message. (We do request that the same gift message be applied to all of your orders.)
- Email us back the completed spreadsheet.
Step 4. Process Payment
- We will notify you of any additional shipping fees/taxes due.
- We will take your payment. We prefer payment via credit card, given to us over the phone.
- Once the payment finishes, you'll receive an order confirmation in your email.
Step 5. We Take Care of the Details
- We will manually upload your recipients contact information for the artisan.
- We will communicate with the artisan about any additional details and requested ship dates.
- We will add any gift messages.
Step 6. Shipment & Tracking
- We will do our best to keep an eye on when your order ships and sending you the tracking numbers as we receive them.
- Don't be afraid to reach out and ask if you haven't heard from us! Chances are, we're waiting to gather all the tracking numbers associated with your order before providing an update.
