great product that I used to love as a child but can no longer get where I live now. Tastes just like I remember it and brings back lots of memories.

These were/are great tasting and just how we remember a good landjager should taste. Can't keep our kids out of the fridge! Plan on sending some out to friends. Super service too!

"Reeeeally good."

This landjager is a favorite. It's not dry like a jerky, but tender like a genoa salami with a good peppery spice as it should be.

Peppered Landjager - Bavaria

Bavaria Peppered Landjager (Pfefferjager) is an exceptionally flavored Landjager made with Brazillian red and green peppers - spicy, but not hot! Made from an authentic German recipe, these hearty snacks are great for outdoor activities or snacking at home. Your choice of one, two or four 6-packs. Each Landjager is a pair; the 6-pack is actually 12 individual Landjagers. Landjager does not require refrigeration if kept in a cool dry spot. Landjager should not be stored in a plastic bag. They can be hung on a hanger to age, let lay loose in the fridge, or they can be frozen. A ventilated produce bag would also work.
