The Pickled Polish Sausage are made with the finest cuts of beef and pork for a perfect blend of flavor with a deep smoked coloring. Bay View's special blend of spices and brine enhance the flavor - not too hot, not too mild! A high-protein, low-carbohydrate (1g) treat. Two PET plastic jars, 32 oz each. There are approximately twenty-six 1.2-oz sausages per jar, 5-6" each. No refrigeration needed before or after opening. Best when eaten within 3-4 months.

POLISH SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS: Beef Heart Meat, Beef, Pork, Water, Salt, Contains Less Than 2%: Corn Syrup, Pottassium Lactate, Flavorings, Sodium Phosphate, Dehydrated Garlic, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Erythorbate, Contains Less Than 2% Sodium Nitrite.

    The tubing is a little tough. I have a hard time chewing it with my dentures but over all, great.I love them.

    I like them very much. I have placed multiple orders and will continue to do so until my Doctor tells me to stop, then I may change Doctors.

    Thank you for these delicious polish sausages. I overheard a co-worker talking about them one day, so I ordered some. They are amazing. I brought the second jar in to share (somewhat begrudgingly) and everybody has been asking where I got them. I will be placing another order soon.

    I had about 3 then my 14yr old discovered how tasty they are. I went to get a 4th sausage and they were gone! Now I am on a 2nd bottle with a firm rule of you MUST ask every single time.
