Bay View's special blend of spices and brine enhance the flavor - not too hot, not too mild! A high-protein, low-carbohydrate (1g) treat. Two PET plastic jars, 32 oz each. There are approximately twenty-six 1.2-oz sausages per jar, 5-6" each. No refrigeration needed before or after opening. Best when eaten within 3-4 months.

The last time I had pickled polish was as a kid, you could buy it at the grocery store. Yours tastes as good or better than my memory recalls, a rare exception. I am planning on ordering more as soon as I get back from a short vacation.
