Shipping Options and Delivery Schedules
WisconsinMade orders are processed promptly and are shipped directly to you from our suppliers. We monitor orders to ensure that they are shipped in a timely manner. Shipping and delivery time does not include holidays, weekends or the day you place the order.
Allow 2-3 days to process orders.
WisconsinMade offers the following shipping options and delivery estimates for your order:
STANDARD - Delivery estimate is 5 to 10 business days.
EXPEDITED - Delivery estimate is 3 to 4 business days.
STANDARD ONLY
Alaska and Hawaii - No free shipping or expedited orders
Overnight Shipping (1 day in transit) is available only for a very limited range of products. You must call to request overnight shipping and authorize our office to charge your credit card the additional overnight shipping charge. If you have questions call, toll free at 877-947-6233 (between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Central time) for a customer service representative to help you.
Depending on the artisan and the shipping option requested, your order will be shipped by UPS, Federal Express, or United States Postal Service. Some artisans have restrictions on the days they ship or the lead time they need, and these restrictions are posted on the product pages.

Valid Ship To Addresses
We do not ship to Post Office boxes. Please carefully review the ship-to address to ensure that all details are correct and complete. We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
If shipping to a business, include the name of the person to whom the gift is being sent, the name of the business, and the suite or floor number of the business. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may be assessed a $12.50 charge to correct and/or re-route the package.

Please allow extra time for processing and check product page for artisan-specific holiday shipping deadlines that may vary from the chart below. No guarantee if you place your order after the dates listed below. However, we will continue to ship and do our best to timely process your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by inclement weather conditions.

Please note some artisans have restrictions on the days they ship or the lead time they need, and these restrictions are posted on the product pages. We strongly suggest shipping your holiday gifts no later than the week of December 11. Due to the increase of volume, shipping carriers will not guarantee delivery by Christmas if you ship standard and request delivery the week of December 18. However, we will do our best to deliver your gifts by Christmas.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon the weight of your product and the distance from the artisan to the destination. Occasionally, a larger size or special handling fee may affect the shipping charge. Depending upon the circumstances we will ship packages via either FedEx, UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. We have set our rates to approximate the rates charged to us by our delivery service providers.
Ship costs will be calculated during checkout.
Shipping Areas
WisconsinMade currently does not ship products outside the United States
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, add an additional 3 days for delivery. Not all products are available for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii and free shipping and expedited shipping is not available. Many items, especially perishable products, may require additional shipping charges. Customer will be notified after order is placed if there is an additional ship cost.
Orders to PO boxes are not accepted
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via standard shipping only. Allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. If you wish to send a perishable product, please read the description to see if it is approved to be shipped to an APO address. If you select a non-APO approved product and have it shipped to a 3rd party expediter, our product guarantee is null and void. WisconsinMade does not guarantee products that are shipped to other countries via a 3rd party expediter.
Shipping perishable items
WisconsinMade will not ship selected perishable items (such as chocolates, cheeses, and meats) in hot summer months. See individual product descriptions for specific information. Other perishable products may require expedited shipping.
All perishable items are carefully packaged for safe delivery, and refrigerate the perishable food products as soon as they are received. Please be sure that someone will be at the address to receive the delivery on the expected day. Shipments do not require a signature for delivery and will be left at recipient's address.
