This landjager is a favorite. It's not dry like a jerky, but tender like a genoa salami with a good peppery spice as it should be.

Bavaria Peppered Landjager is an exceptionally flavored Landjager made with Brazillian red and green peppers - spicy, but not hot! Your choice of 6 or 12 pack. (Each pack of landjager is a pair.) The landjager does not require refrigeration if kept in a cool & dry spot! Landjager should not be stored in a plastic bag. They can be hung on a hanger to age, let lay loose in the fridge, or they can be frozen. A ventilated produce bag would work also. Perfect for any outdoor activities!
