On 80 acres of pristine forests and valleys, artesian springs feed 2.4 million gallons of pure crystal-clear water through 50 fresh, cold ponds every day. These deep underground springs maintain water temperature at 50 degrees year-round. Rushing Waters produces only the very finest fully cooked, ready-to-eat-hot-smoked fish, processed in our all new HACCP certified plant according to the strictest quality assurance standards.
