Soozii Hoover-Madden was born and raised in Beloit, Wisconsin. As an "at home Mom," she has sought ways to work out of her home so she could remain active in her three daughters' busy schedules.
After pursuing numerous interests that used her artistic talents, Soozii learned the art of mosaic design applied to cement stepping stones. Using brilliant colors of stained glass, she creates one-of-a-kind designs. The lengthy production process includes: drawing the picture on the stone; selecting and breaking the stained glass; arranging and gluing down each piece of stained glass to create the picture; mortaring and buffing the stone. As a result, each stone is as durable as it is colorful and beautiful. Soozii and her husband Rocky Madden formed their own business, Soozii'z QTZ. With his extensive sales background, Rocky markets and sells Soozii's creations. The stones can be a perfect addition to a garden or yard, or an eye-catching piece of art inside your home.
