Bavaria Sausage Kitchen's specialty all beef hickory smoked Landjager is an authentic German recipe. Landjager is excellent as an appetizer at parties or even just a delectable snack for children and adults. Perfect for outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and hiking! This is a low carb, high protein snack. Landjager has a natural pork casing. No refrigeration required if kept in a cool dry place.

Choose from one or two 6-packs. (Each Landjager is a pair of 2 Landjagers, so each 6 pack contains 12 individual Landjagers.)

PROPER STORAGE: Landjager should not be stored in a plastic bag. They can be hung on a hanger to age, let lay loose on the counter or in the fridge, or they can be frozen. Landjager ages slower in the refrigerator.

It wasn’t what I thought it would taste like but enjoyed. We get sticks like that from a German shoppe and was trying to find similar items.
