The Mother's Day Tea Cake by O & H Danish Bakery is a beautiful way to say thank you to your Mom. The Copenhagen cake is a crown cake made with vanilla and cream cheese. Our crown cakes are best served at room temperature. Remove the plastic packaging and place on a cutting surface. Then, using a sharp knife, gently cut through the crown cake. For storage, keep in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or store in freezer for up to 5 months.
