Not to worry, - the Bavaria sausage landjager stick (1 oz), the roasted garlic pasteurized process cheese food (6 oz), and the hot pepper pasteurized process cheese food (4 oz) are all shelf-stable and make great gifts for the road. Only the left-overs will require refrigeration (but there probably won't be any). Pasteurized Process Cheese shelf-life is 12 months and is 9 months for sausage.
