O & H Danish Copenhagen Crown Cake

Slice it thin or thick and serve with fresh fruit, your favorite topping or nothing at all and savor its flavor. One Copenhagen Crown Cake weighs 1 lb. 10 oz. and serves 8-12 people. Best served at room temperature. Keep in refrigerator up to 10 days or store in freezer for up to 5 months. Remove the plastic packaging and place on a cutting surface. Then, using a sharp knife, gently cut through the crown cake. Our crown cakes are great by themselves, but try adding fruit, cream or a caramel sauce for some added sweetness.
