Layer cake is 8 inches in diameter, weighing 4 lbs. Serves 10-12 people. Best served at room temperature so that the icing can become soft and creamy. Remove the packaging while the cake is still cool. Allow a frozen cake to thaw for 12 hours in the refrigerator or at room temperature for up to 6 hours before serving. Cake will keep for several days in the refrigerator.

Expensive but worth it!
The chocolate dutch cake is expensive, but well worth it. It's very special. I don't think I could find another like it at any local bakery. Things always arrive fresh and on-time.
