Sheboygan-style is a pork brat with a little sugar added to make this Bratwurst a little sweeter and also makes for quicker browning, so we recommend grilling them on a lower heat. Choose 6 lb. (24 brats) or 9 lb. (36 brats). They are MSG free and gluten free! Shelf-life is 6 months frozen, and 1 week after thawing. Perfect for any occasion and a favorite at picnics and barbecues. Ordered these online. One package had partially thawed so I left it out. The timing was perfect due to family cookout. Did them in beer and onions. Best ever. I used a lager. Everyone love them. One who doesn’t eat meat tried a small piece and agreed. Will order them again
