Sheboygan-style is a pork brat with a little sugar added to make this Bratwurst a little sweeter and also makes for quicker browning, so we recommend grilling them on a lower heat. Choose 6 lb. (24 brats) or 9 lb. (36 brats). They are MSG free and gluten free! Shelf-life is 6 months frozen, and 1 week after thawing. Perfect for any occasion and a favorite at picnics and barbecues. I ordered brats for a Packer gameday party in California. They arrived on time and stil perfectly frozen. I let them thaw out in the fridge for 2 days then we grilled at halftime and they were a huge hit. Thanks for offering something you just can't get on the west coast. YUM!
