Sheboygan-style is a pork brat with a little sugar added to make this Bratwurst a little sweeter and also makes for quicker browning, so we recommend grilling them on a lower heat. Choose 6 lb. (24 brats) or 9 lb. (36 brats). They are MSG free and gluten free! Shelf-life is 6 months frozen, and 1 week after thawing. Perfect for any occasion and a favorite at picnics and barbecues. Excellant service and the brats were a big hit for my brother and my sister-in-law. We were born in Kenosha and grew up on brats. What a treat. I was particularly impressed when service called and asked if they needed to try to get my order shipped that day since these were for my brother and sister-in-laws birthdays. I ordered from Arizona on a Tuesday AM and the shipping date was a Tuesday also. I said no it would be OK for following Tuesday to ship since I was 2 months late for their birthdays! Extremely excellent customer service. We all thank you very much.

I love Sheboygan brats having grown up eating them. Only bad thing is that you don't have the Sheboygan brat buns from Johnson's Bakery. Work on it and you will have a customer for life!
