At Wisconsinmade.com we take pride in selling award-winning cheese and the best cheese gifts from America's Dairyland to cheese lovers all over the United States. What makes cheese from Wisconsin so special? The land, the cows, and the climate are all important, but the cheesemakers bring these elements together to create the finest award-winning cheeses in the world.
The State of Wisconsin requires cheesemakers to be certified, but a few cheesemakers go above and beyond to become Master Cheesemakers. The Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker program is modeled after similar programs in Europe, but Wisconsin is the only state to grant this distinguished honor. Wisconsinmade.com proudly offers award-winning cheeses from the following Wisconsin Master Cheesemakers:
- Gary Grossen, a specialist in Brick and Muenster at Babcock Hall Dairy.
- Robert Willis, a specialist in Butterkase and Cheddar at Cedar Grove.
- Steve Stettler, a specialist in Brick, Farmers, Havarti, and Muenster at Decatur Dairy.
Wisconsinmade.com also carries several award winning cheeses including:
