Bread - A Finnish cheese that is baked in slices that resemble bread. The formal name is Juustoliepa which is sometimes shortened to Juusto.

Brick - A cheese variety originally made in Wisconsin with a smooth texture. A young brick cheese has a mild, sweet, and slightly nutty flavor, while an aged Brick is more tangy in flavor.

Cheese Curds - Fresh cheese in its natural state of random, bit size shapes. The curds are pressed together into blocks or wheels to be aged. In Wisconsin, we eat the fresh curds before they go into the mold. The curds have a mild taste with a slightly chewy texture and should squeak when eaten. When a curd squeaks, you know it's fresh. The most commonly cheese curd variety is Cheddar but Muenster is also available at Wisconsinmade.com.
