    Cheese condition on arrival

Posted by Willard Murray on Apr 17th 2023

As happened once previously, the cheeses arrived in warm weather, and stayed at USPS overnight, which made them soft which is not the way I want my cheese. Why weren't they ice-packed?? After an hour or so in the refrigerator the cheese is now OK.
