The Gourmet Pickled Meat Lover's Sampler by Bay View Packing Company includes some of your all time favorites! The sampler includes Pickled Pork Hocks, Original Pickled Polish Sausage, Red Hot Pickled Polish Sausage, and Pickled Bologna Bites. Packaged in PET plastic jars (8-12 oz each, specific measurements below). No refrigeration needed before or after opening. The pickled meats are best when eaten with 3-4 months.
Pickled Pork Hock pieces (not whole pork hocks) are cut from a full pork shoulder and center cut to give the meatiest and leanest hocks. They are all sliced, trimmed, and packed by hand.
The Original Pickled Polish Sausages are made with the finest cuts of beef and pork for a perfect blend of flavor with a deep smoked coloring. Bay View's special blends of spices and brine enhance the flavor - not too hot, not too mild!
Bay View Red Hot Pickled Polish Sausages are made with beef, pork, red chili peppers and mustard seed to give these delicious sausages their biting flavor. No fillers, just Old World skill and tradition. A low carb (1g), high protein treat!
Pickled Bologna Bites are made with the finest cuts of pork and beef blended with spices to produce a mild, tasty flavor.

Wow!
My wife grew up eating pickled pigs feet and we can only find the really small jars where we live. She says they are not close to the ones she used to have. I ordered this sampler for her to try out the ham hocks. She loves them and says they're better than the pigs feet. Will purchase more soon. The sausages were for me and I love them. Nice little kick of heat and great flavor.

Great Gift for Mom and Dad
My dad loves pickled pigs feet and he said these had so much meat on them. He and my mom are in their 70's/80's, so they have eaten pickled pigs feet and pickled sausage for a while...they thought these were delicious!

Wow, the 1st jars of pickled hocks/sausages disappeared within 2 hours of receiving the package. I hid the others in my room (which lasted 5hrs) Soooo, I will definitely be ordering again but the bigger jars next time :-) DELICIOUS

A little expensive for the amount you receive, but I have to admit the taste is fantastic!!!!!!! That's why after I tasted mine, I sent the same sampler to my father-in-law and he loved them!!!!!!!
