Winneconne, Wisconsin. What began as a backyard obsession for Pitmaster Robb over 25 years ago has grown into a proud family tradition. Smoking meats in the backwoods of northern and central Wisconsin, Robb honed his craft at festivals and competitions—with the steady encouragement of his wife, Candi.
Today, Sweet & Sassy Joe’s is a true family affair spanning three generations. The idea for their signature barbecue sauce was born during a casual tasting night with Robb, Candi, their daughter Sammi, and son-in-law Joe. That night, with Joe’s inspiration, the first batch of what would become their award-winning Sweet & Sassy Joe’s Barbecue Sauce was created.
Now, they’re proud to share that same bold, handcrafted flavor with your table—straight from their Wisconsin family to yours.
