Also included is the 1998 World Championship Cheese Contest awarded Decatur Dairy second place for their Havarti Cheese and third place for their Havarti Dill cheese. Each package of cheese is approximately 1 pound each, total approximately 4 pounds. If the Wisconsin Cheese Curds don't squeak when you get them, place them in a microwave for 5 seconds. Cheese curds do not contain preservatives, so they should be eaten within 3-4 days of receiving them.
