New Glarus, Wisconsin. Potter's Crackers is the first product of Potter's Fine Foods, a Madison food company that started in 2006. Their mission is to sustainably produce organic crackers of the highest quality. The business was started by Peter Potter, a University of Wisconsin food science graduate, and his mother Nancy Potter, who also owns New Glarus Bakery. They combine their passion for good food to deliver the flavors of Wisconsin to you.
