Spicy Olive Bruschetta by River Valley Ranch is a unique giardiniera of black and green olives blended with plump Roma tomatoes, Genovese basil, celery, onions and a bit of chili peppers. Created by Chef Rocco Novello in his Italian eatery, this spicy olive bruschetta will dress up your favorite pasta, add a whole new taste to toasted bread, top a sandwich or can be enjoyed as a salsa, folded into an omelet or top a salad. Choose either one 16 oz. jar or three 16 oz. jars.

Ingredients: Tomatoes (vine ripened fresh tomatoes, salt, calcium chloride and naturally derived citric acid), Olive Oil, Green olives with pimento (olives, water, salt, minced pimento {sodium alginate, guar gum, calcium chloride}, lactic acid, ascorbic acid). Black olives (ripe olives, water, sea salt, fernous gluconate {an iron derivative), Bell Peppers, Onions, Celery, Distilled Vinegar (water, 20% distilled vinegar), Garlic, Sugar, Kosher salt (salt and tricalcium phosphate), Serrano peppers, basil, fennel, parsley, white pepper.
