Beloit, Wisconsin. Soozii Hoover-Madden was a stay-at-home mom looking for a way to work out of her home so she could remain active in her three daughters' busy schedules. She learned the intricate art of mosaic design on cement stepping stones, and loved it so much she kept on making them. With her husband Rocky Madden, she started Soozii's QTZ. With Rocky's sales background, he markets and sells Soozii's creations.
