Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Here's a new way to marinate pork tenderloin that keeps it moist when grilled and adds extra flavor

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 24 Hours
Serves: 4-5


  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine or apple juice
  • Wisconsin Wilderness Honey Mustard


  1. Place pork in sealable plastic bag
  2. Combine oil, wine, and garlic in a jar, cover and shake vigorously
  3. Pour over pork, seal
  4. Marinate in refrigerator overnight
  5. Drain, discard marinade
  6. Slather pork generously with honey mustard
  7. Grill over hot coals for 25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally
